Returns and Product Safety: Please read this section carefully before buying!

      How do I return something to Midwest Wind Products?  

Each item is thoroughly tested to ensure high quality and optimum performance. If it becomes necessary to return an item:

1. All returned items must be in the original packaging with invoice. Please notify us at info@windgeneratorspro.com prior to returning any product.  

2. Any item returned must be unused and in the original packaging. Any item installed for any purpose may not be returned. If we receive an item that shows signs of damage, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping to get the unit back. All items carry a limited 30 day return policy. 

3. We will not give a refund or replace your Midwest Wind Product if it has been opened, installed for any purpose, misused, modified or tampered with in any way. Do not attempt to rewire or alter any Midwest Wind Product.  Physical damage to the unit by improper handling or installation will also void the warranty. It is the sole responsibility of the owner to protect the Midwest Wind Generator from over current conditions. If you need assistance with fusing or wiring issues please notify us at once or consult a licensed electrician. 

For orders that are damaged in shipping: 

Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged item. It is your responsibility to ship the item back to us, and you must pay the shipping charge. Sorry, but there are no exceptions. A replacement item will be sent to you at no charge, with free shipping.

How do I safely install my Midwest Wind Products? 

Please consult a licensed electrician if necessary. Midwest Wind Products assumes no responsibility for personal or property damage resulting from the use of our products. Generators and batteries will produce dangerous voltages. Do not attempt to modify the wiring of any Midwest Wind Product. Consult local and state electrical and building codes. Please contact us if you need assistance at info@windgeneratorspro.com

Indemnification:

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer or user of any Midwest Wind Product to safely use, maintain and install the product. Midwest Wind Products, (the provider) its officers, suppliers, employees, engineers etc will not be responsible for property or personal damage, injury or death resulting from, but not limited to neglect, misuse, abuse be it intentional or accidental, or acts of God. All buyers, users, installers and others agree to hold Midwest Wind Products harmless in the event of injury or damage, both personal and property. You therefore agree to these terms by purchasing Midwest Wind Products.
